"Friendly & helpful staff (they seem to only be around in the morning hours though). Just a few steps away from the metro station. Room is spacious for the location. They don’t really replenish the toilet paper or replace the towels for continuous stay though. This has made things a bit tricky for us as the shower always leaks into the toilet area which doesn’t have a drainage hole to let the water out (a common design in Italian bathrooms) "

There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. "The property is in a great location with a ton of sites within a 10 minutes walking radius. The property is very professionally run. The daily housekeeping is wonderful, it is nice to come back to a clean room. The onsite housekeeping staff was always very cordial and helpful. The Nespresso machine is a wonderful touch, a tasty cup of coffee to start the day, and they refill all the snacks everyday!"

"Breakfast was delicious, and snacks were available throughout the day, which was very convenient since we were often too tired to go out for dinner. Having snacks readily available was a big plus. Nelson and Eunice (I believe that’s how her name is spelled) were great and attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The rest of the staff were also extremely polite, including a team member from India and another from Peru—everyone was kind and courteous!"
