Great place!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Its amazing and we love it. Perfect location, super friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean, quiet rooms. Overall highly recommend!

This hotel is spectacular. Beautiful rooms and roof top terrace. It is so very close to the Vatican Museums. Staff was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. That said, it is at least a 25-30 min walk to shopping, Trevi and Spanish steps. If capable, the walk is easy to navigate. If there are mobility concerns, I would suggest taking a taxi.

The place appears really nice but….. the shower was flooding because the trap was clogged with a massive amount of hair and soap. They said it was cleaned three times a week. If that was true then they rent rooms to Gorillas. The other issue was the coffee makes had capsules that didn’t fit the machine. The first capsule did work and the others did not. We decided to try the powdered coffee but the kettle didn’t work. We pay in CDN and for $650/night we expected more. The staff were really great as an aside.

The hotel was the ultimate in service and accommodations. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The free daily breakfast was a feast and the perfect way to start the day. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome looking for a 5 Star hotel.

This was a nice hotel that was in a pretty convenient location to explore Rome. There are plenty of great dining options yay around the corner. The room was clean and modern but did feel pretty small and cramped - I assume this is pretty typical for the city. The breakfast included was a highlight, really good!

Lovely hotel in quieter part of town. Very close to Vatican City. Nearby metro station and some nice restaurants around- might need reservation for some on a weekend. Nice rooftop garden and restaurant on site too. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Crazy is like to say the staff were amazing, they assisted with car service, maps and spoke and understood English. We ate at the property restaurant on the 7th floor every morning where the served a continental breakfast that was included with our room. My husband and brother in law had special orders ( omelettes etc ) they were so accommodating and so pleasant everyone smiled and greeted you by saying Bongiorno! Great hotel that is conveniently located in the Prati district and it’s close to everything by foot and public transportation. While I didn’t score the service poorly, there was a stark difference in the quality and helpfulness of the staff that worked during the day (2 lovely ladies in particular) versus the night where the staff were not as helpful and certainly didn’t go out of their way to provide good information to help you. Overall thought we had a wonderful stay and they have an incredible rooftop terrace with great views of Rome and a great happy hour to boot! Highly recommend the hotel!
