Level of service great as expected from a higher end hotel, and the breakfast buffet was better than expected. Room clean, location very convenient (right next to train station), although that comes with a little bit of homeless population (but this was not a problem). Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was clean. Asked for ice, got 2 small paper cups. Staff was very helpful to arrange taxi to airport at 4 in the morning. I thought complimentary breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Location was perfect for our stay and sightseeing. Never stayed in Rome before.

The location was very convenient, In walking distance from train, the staff was friendly the rooms were just very tiny and the internet was spotty kept going out other than that we liked our stay

The hotel is very clean. Staff are nice and it has a 24 hours reception. It is near to airport shuttle bus, train, subway, supermarkets, a shopping mall in the train station and restaurants. The area surrounding is clean and safe. The only thing we don’t like is the slightly clogging in shower room.

Excellent location. It’s right next to amenities and the rail station, metro, bus station and taxi stands, making it so convenient for travellers to catch any transport. The downside is, as we were given a room on the ground floor, we could hear some noises coming from the street. But as we were staying for a night only, we put up with it. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Check in was easy. We arrived very early but they were able to store our luggage for us which was great. Hotel room was good. Very clean and spacious. Quite basic but everything we needed and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included and it was very good indeed. I would recommend the Marisa Hotel.

So called double rooms are extremely small. There is not enough space to open a suitcase. The room we had wasn’t clean. Dirty floor (roughly painted tiles). Shower was slightly clogged and only one free plug to charge a phone. Window open to a narrow and tall well. Decent looking hotel lobby does not match the rooms.

The hotel is just across from the termini station which allowed us to easily take the express train to the airport. Metro nearby as well to get you all around the city. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and very quiet facing a small residential street. Grocery store right across the street and many restaurants nearby.
