"Wonderful location for an overnight in Assisi, within close walking distance to the Basilica of St. Francis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but quite comfortable. There's a great morning breakfast spread with egg, meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, etc. They also have small restaurant that has sandwiches, burgers and pasta. The panini were just right for a snack before heading out. Would totally stay again! "

"Location was very good, and easy to access the main areas of town and the min metro stations. Property was in good condition and the staff were very helpful. The only challenge was as a 190+cm (6’3) man, the washrooms and toilets were cramped. But overall, good stay and was certainly worth the value. "

"Nearly a hidden location on a small street in Perugia. Hard to unload luggage if your car is full size, but worth it. Had to park in the huge inside the hill garage. Lovely rooms. Breakfast room has painted ceilings from the 12th century. It’s near everything! Well priced too. "

"The staff is the best, the hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise coming from the other room and the cleaners in the morning that were extremely loud on a Saturday early morning. There is an obvious issue with the sound proofing. "
