"Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. She was very professional. I could tell they take pride in their work when she cleaned up the coffee area before placing the coffee urn back in it's spot. Our room was clean and spacious. It was annoying how the bathroom light was on the outside near the sink. But it couldn't be placed on the inside of the bathroom because of the shower wall. The curtains also did not close all the way, so there was a sliver of light peeking through. The beds were not very comfortable, but we slept fine. The breakfast in the morning was great! The staff was friendly and helped problem solve when there were no more bowls. In case youre like me and like to know what was there, they had real scrambled eggs, bacon, tortillas, a salsa bar, potatoes, make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. If we are ever in the Germantown/Memphis area again, we will stay here. The area felt safe, the grounds were well kept, and grocery stores and restsurants were nearby."

"Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of parking. The bed was very squeaky, but very comfortable, with lots of fluffy pillows. But I was there for 3 days and they never cleaned my room. Very disappointing."

"Everything was excellent my whole state was excellent staff clean room parking breakfast amazing"

"There was no hot tub or indoor pool. We looked and there is an outdoor pool but nothing indoors. There is a picture of this pool and hot tub but from what I can tell, they do not exist. We even drove all the way around the building and walked all over the first floor looking for them. Other than that our stay was great. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Not the greatest are but not the worst. Don't leave valuables in your car though. "

"The staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was well supplied, including better tasting coffee than most hotel free breakfast bars. The location was lovely, with direct access to the Germantown Greenway, a paved walking path along by the Wolf River. We enjoyed a morning walk before checking out. We will stay here again."

"Not very clean and comfortable The room was clean and comfortable but outside hallways and stairs were dirty for days no smoking accommodations outside Customer service closed 8pm For the amount we paid per night no additional amenities would not recommend for leisure vacation No breakfast It’s probably good for traveling workers looking for an apt"
