"I had a great stay here, it was especially helpful because I was taking the train so getting to the station was a 2 minute walk! The only downside was the walls/doors were very thin and I was able to hear everyone in the hallways and the rooms next to me so it wasn’t the best night of sleep. "We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day.
