"Our stay was amazing! We stayed 4 days in a double. Got upgraded to full oceanview upon checkin. Beds are slightly smaller than US full-size. Their entertainment and production is VERY VERY GOOD! Something for the kids and adults…just overall family fun! They even had a foam party Friday at 3pm. My kids 13/18 ate at restaurant next to the pool while l engaged in some mid day adult fun. STAFF 10/10!!! Food was 10/10!!!! White Bay is the go to. They have staple items and change up the Jamaica flare daily as well as some other items. I missed oxtail night but was able to catch lobster tail night…OMG! Food galore and it’s good for quality. All the tropical fruit you can think of…I mean they have it ALL! We made reservations at the Italian spot and it was subpar 4/10…don’t waste your time with the speciality restaurants..they have 4. If you want cute pictures that’s about all it’s offering but that doesn’t beat the oceanfront view at White Bay. Get there early and claim one of the best seats in the house! Oh and let’s not forget the all inclusive drinks! The stay was comfortable. We got upgraded from a partial to a full oceanfront view. Booked a snorkel cruise w/ transport to Montego Bay at the Water Sports booth. The person “worked” with me. 10/10 Used my Expedia stay credits towards a spa service. Combo Massage that included stretch, deep tissue, and pressure points. 10/10 steam room and soaking tubs were a plus! Only con is resort is 45 min from everything. "

"Highly recommended: Staff friendliness and promptness. Service was excellent.Food was very good, the selection and presentability was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is better steak choices that are more tender. Bed was comfortable and clean. Internet access was sometimes lagging and unavailable. It would have been nice to hear the drivers transporting back and forth to offer if a ride is needed. Most of the time they just buzzed through even when empty. I know the walk are short but still. Also the shows are nice but more audience participation would be great. overall our experience was excellent. I like that the staff were mostly from the island and they were very friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left - we were very pleased and plan to come back. Thank you to all"

"From the time we arrived we were treated very well by all the staff. Especially Claudette in the dining room and Steve on the beach. The security at the gate and on the beach were also very helpful and professional. The toilet bowl in our room 606 needs stabilizing. But we were extremely satisfied with our overall accommodation, and meals."

"Staff as amazing at the resort Samsara Cliff Resort. My family and I had 7 amazing days. The resort is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from busy life. The cliff jumping is a scary at first but unique and thrilling experience. They have 3 great pools however the middle one was our favorite. The drinks are good and the food AMAZING. It was all authentic Jamaican food for breakfast,lunch and dinner. Georgia the chef is very sweet, don’t be intimidated to say hello to her. She was very attentive to us and greeted us with smiles. I appreciate the staff remembering our name. Georgia cooking was delicious, the chicken, fries, salads, fried dumplings, the scramble eggs, jerk chicken, and oxtail all delicious. Inalee the waitress came by with the best coffee and warm milk and was taking our plates and filling up our waters. Super sweet young lady with a beautiful smile. She is soft spoken and very professional and respectful. Never got the cleaning ladies names however they cleaned our rooms every day and gave us fresh towels. I don’t want to forget to mention Tina. She is such a ray of sunshine. She made great drinks and was very quick to suggest something if you asked. She was lovely to us every time we asked for a drink and made conversation sharing about herself and the Jamaican culture. She answered all our questions and told us about the TEMU store :) I appreciate all the staff from the gardener who greeted us with a good morning to the watchman/security. "
