The pool was great. The restaurant was the definition of fine, not great, not bad. The prices were pretty ridiculous. $5 for a tea or coffee is insane. Staff was attentive and responsive.

When I arrived at the hotel the First Lady was very nice. Went into my room tv not working. Called and inform within 10 mins of checking in. During a 3 hour waiting period we called an additional 2x for the tv to be fixed. Asked for face towels (hand wash cloths) whichever term you prefer. They brought ...

Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
Stayed here for a weekend, have never stayed at a Hard rock hotel. The location is in a very busy area where you can walk around several places in the downtowns Gaslamp area Front desk was busy but once helped they answered any questions I had.
