"I’d come again. From luxury perspective, the staff should do much better to acccomodate to requests and not just simply “sorry such and such is unavailable”…… if we want to keep it a 5 star hotel it would be nice if staff kicks it up a notch and go out of their way to accommodate simple requests ..."
