"Bed is very firm but surprisingly not too uncomfortable otherwise it was excellent, very good value, only thing to note is there is no parking and parking in bath can be quite expensive, ours was about £60-70 for the 4 days Staff were lovely and very friendly everytime we entered the hotel etc."

"Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Love the soaps, hair products in the bathroom, hot, high pressure shower. High quality linens and and towels. Easy parking directly in the hotel. Centrally local directly in the heart of Bristol, lots of options for dining. Didn’t use any of the amenities of the hotel so cannot comment on that. If you’re sensitive to smells the hallways, entry, elevator does high a high level or perfume or floral pumped in the air. It’s better than it smelling bad but it does smell strong. However you don’t smell any of this in your room. "
