Pleasent and relaxing experience

I was traveling 7 hours after a long day at work and decided to find a place to sleep at the 5 hr mark, was to tired. Booked my room 30 min our on the phone, the lady who helpede was so pleasant and helpful. When i arrived and got room, the same lady was so nice and friendly. My room was spacious the bathroom spacious. The bed waa comfy and the room was very clean

Pet friendly value for a night or two

This is a good value hotel. I had low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is a little older hotel near the interstate. That said, the room was large and clean. The shower had olenty of pressure. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but my husband and daughter liked it fine. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff was friendly. Pet friendly. Felt safe. We plan to stay again next year

The staff was very nice. I want to commend Rachael, in particular. We asked for bottled water to take to our room, the hotel did not have any. Rachael went to her personal backpack and offered her water that she brought for herself. Who does that? Amazing. The facility itself is a little dated, buy was clean and there were not any unusual smells like there are sometimes with pet friendly locations. As mentioned above, the lobby does not keep bottled water. Seems like that is an obvious item that many would like to have. We would have happily paid $3 for a bottle for our room. Money making opportunity for the facility and convenience for the customer.
