"Cheeky parking fee for people staying at the hotel , although spa visitors can have 4 hours free ? . You would think residents would get a little more respect"

"From entering the building to leaving the building, I have to say the staff were very helpful polite and explain everything clearly. The breakfast was very good. The parking was good, the only thing I would say about the parking is that if you have paid for a parking place, you should be guaranteed that place, as long as you are staying there. The only other thing I would say that the building could do with an upgrade, but maybe this would take away the charm of the building. But over all a very delightful stay and would return in the future."

"First stay here. Loved it. I don’t usually sleep anywhere for the first night (it’s just me) but I slept so soundly in my massive super king bed. The pillow was so perfect for me I may need to buy one. Will come again next t year."

"Great stay for a shopping trip with my daughter. Hotel is perfect location and parking, although £36 is ideal. The restaurant is excellent and breakfast was superb and set us up for the day. Much better value, food and location than Macdonald Spa where we stayed last time, not again."

"The hotel was amazing, the room that we stayed in was so clean and lovely, it was the witch’s hat room .we loved it .all the staff were amazing, so friendly , polite and helpful.we will definitely stay there again .the food was lovely and not over priced."
