"Francesca was the best! we were only on a stay over night before an early flight.. she made sure we understood trains into venice, connected us with a driver to the airport at 4:30 am.. upgraded us to a larger room.. She was great!!! "

"This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "

"The rooms are quite small but have everything you need. Excellent location. Easy to get to a lot of tourist attractions- bus and train stops close by. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Altho we paid for breakfast, we ate out. It smelled good from front desk 🙂 My only negatives were a) needing to carry luggage up narrow staircase despite having a ‘lift’ ((elevator) and b) that you can hear everything from other rooms, the hall and the street-we had room facing street so we had to keep window closed at night. Regardless, I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to London."
