"The location is just stunning at the Quay. The most beautiful views ever. Easy to get around, by car or train or on foot. A lovely walk to Conwy with a castle, shopping, cafes and an Rspb reserve. The staff were super friendly throughout the hotel and noted my suggestion to help other GF Veggie guests by having a slightly bigger selection of breakfast items. "

"Amazing stay as a family with our 3 year old Son and our dog, luxury accommodation, dining and spa whilst being family friendly, can’t recommend enough. Sophie in the restaurant is amazing, and really helped navigate my gluten free options, this hotel caters very well for Coeliac/ gluten free guests."

"Staff are wonderful. The hotel is 5 minutes walk into town. The room was extremely hot, window only opened slightly, no A/C The bar could do with more ambience, felt a bit like an airport lounge. Maybe dim the lights, a few plants and put candles on tables. Really annoying having to pay for parking £28 for two nights, however that seems to be most English hotels in towns. Overall I would go back."
