"A really lovely place which manages to feel luxurious while still maintaining a rustic, country heart. The room (we stayed in the suite with the panoramic view) was spacious and comfortable, and also made the most of the space with clever folding doors, etc. The bed was great, the shower excellent and the terrace view over the trees and landscape was glorious. Dinner is really excellent value and delicious, and the accompanying wines were a great combination with them, too. We'd like to come...

"Really beautiful hotel, very relaxing. The small "contemplation" pools were perfect. Same for the breakfast. There were a lot of children which could be a bit overwhelming, but the "adults only" pools were a good way around it."

was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

"This hotel was lovely and clean. The area is residential but you can walk to two restaurants and bars about 10 minutes. Other than that you will need a car to get to beaches and other things. The hotel is sparse with a lovely spacious room but no TV or fridge. There is a community fridge int he dining room where there is a great breakfast. There is a beautiful
