Hotel Bodega Tío Pepe

"Great location and a beautiful property with lots of potential. Overall we had a good stay, but a few things let it down. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and some of the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Breakfast on our first morning felt rushed and disorganised, and the breakfast staff came across quite rude. The rooftop, garden and pool areas are lovely, but often felt empty and a little neglected. Overall, a decent stay, but only 3 stars because with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be really fantastic."

"I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel."

"5 star experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was some issue with the shower but it got fixed quickly. The view is amazing. Love the experience. Spa services were great but could offer more. Breakfast with a view (if you can get a seat). Only qualm is one of the waiters — I took a table with a view and he was questioning me."

"The property was large but didn’t have all facilities available as advertised. The property is pretty remote and you need to taxi everywhere although there are lovely restaurants within 15 minutes drive The property was very clean and has a large pool also immaculate The staff were very accommodating and helpful"

"I had a wonderful stay for my birthday. The spa and the hydrothermal circuit were lovely and very relaxing, and all of the spa staff were so kind. The hotel was quiet, the views were unbeatable, and the poolside service was a lovely bonus. The only downside was the pool outside my room was a little chilly."

"Very cute little hotel right in old town. Very well maintained and decorated. Room was very clean and cute with window to oversee our street. Location is perfect to visit any place around old town. There is no easy parking, it is on the middle of old town. We had a car and parked on paid parking $20 per night. We enjoyed our stay!"
