"Ótimo local para quem busca uma estadia de passagem rápida, ideal para 4 pessoas, fui com minhas amigas. Único ponto a reclamar é que o ar-condicionado estava com mt mal contato com a tomada, se possível verificar para arrumar. Mas de resto não tivemos problemas com a estadia e a casinha é super aconchegante apesar de ser pequena, mas como disse ela serve apenas como um local para ficar e dormir, as camas são confortáveis e estava tudo limpo. Fica perto da praia da enseada e da para ir andando...

"This hotel is amazing for the price. It’s a little further away from Copacabana beach if you want to go there during the day. It will be an uber ride but for less than $12 USD one way. Still a very nice hotel and the restaurant was very good."

"Es el mejor hotel en el que me he quedado en Rio por ese precio. La infraestructura es espectacular, es nueva, parece un resort. La piscina es linda, las habitaciones son espectaculares. No hay casi ningun restaurante cerca , dentro del hotel hay dos o tres buenos. Aunque esta a unos 10 minutos de la parte mas movida de Barra y 30 o mas de Ipanema/Copacabana, creo que por el confort que se recibe vale la pena. El gimnasio es suuuper bien equipado, es realmente un lugar espectacular"

"First I've just want to give compliments to front desk Pedro and Felipe due to the extremely warmth way they both received us. We were staying just for one night and they both made sure we felt home. Hotel is well located and offer an of the chart breakfast. Pool is located on the roof with superb view. "Good location and a staff that was, for the most part, friendly, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to Maria da Saúde and Rosângela from Housekeeping for taking such great care of our room, and to Renata at the Front Desk for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with Veronica, who appeared to be the Front Desk supervisor, was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, she barely acknowledged us, avoided even basic eye contact, and came across as dismissive and arrogant. Her attitude was not what we expected from a luxury hotel. We paid almost US$500 for an extra night simply to keep a room until the evening before our flight. Even then, after a nine-night stay, we were told we had to change rooms because ours was needed for another guest. It wasn’t the room change itself that was disappointing, but the complete lack of flexibility and consideration from management. Room 1234, especially the bathroom, is also in need of renovation and does not reflect the standards of a luxury hotel. While the staff made every effort to provide excellent service, the management’s handling of our stay fell well below the level of hospitality expected from the Fairmont brand."

"Excelente ubicacion cercana a todos los sitios de interes a visitar en el centro de Rio de Janeiro. Desayuno muy completo y variado. Mi habitacion tenía visya directa a la Catedral y desde el rooftop se puede apreciar Pan de Azucar, Cristo Redentor, Santa Teresa, La Catedral y otros lugares mas."
