"Staff responded very quickly to any queries via WhatsApp. Clean modern property in good location within walking distance to metro subway. Only comment is storage safe was not in service."
"I like to stay here. My husband and I were working remotely while traveling and wifi was amazing. Also the accommodations of the hotel were great. Self check in was also game changer because our flight landed quite late."

"This hotel is at the center of Madrid perfect location, close to everything, lots of dining options and the staff was super friendly- Luis was super fun my fellow Dominican, kitchen staff very professional as well and attentive. Will be back for sure! "
"The hotel felt tucked away from high traffic with a park just across the street. Yet it was a convenient walk to so many restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, which was not common at other locations in Madrid. There were two elevators; however, the elevator that was located on ground level was not working. We had to carry our luggage up a short flight of stairs to the working elevator that could only hold two people with luggage at a time. It is a small hotel, so even being on the seventh floor, the wait wasn't too long for an open elevator. We enjoyed a quick bite and drink at the restaurant, which is so convenient."
During your trip to Madrid, you can enjoy retail therapy at Calle de la Princesa. While in this walkable area, you can savour the top-notch restaurants.
