Hotels near Cottonwood Island Park

"Check in- poor- arrived at 4:00 and room not ready- still being cleaned. Room condition- poor- toilet not bolted to the floor. Breakfast- only eggs were cold, boiled and shells all cracked. Parking- total mess- could hardly manoeuvre out in the morning. Added to our “never again” list"

"Was unhappy with 1br unit booked. Got some push back by the check in clerk but eventually after I was very firm he showed me other room options and picked a smaller better one. Disappointed with limited kitchen pans and no kitchen towels or wash cloth but I managed. Besides that the room was good. "

"Parking right outside of the room. Friendly staff. A little nosey in the room (hearing water running ) But for the price it was worth it. "

"Very nice room, but because my room overlooked the Casino parking lot, it was vehicle-loud and people-noisy well into the night. It was also hard to find a working plug-in outlet close to the bed to plug my c-pap in, as the lamp plug didnt work, and I could not reach that outlet without moving the entire bed. I had to unplug the coffee maker to charge my phone as well. But as I was only there for one night, It wasn’t a big deal. I also had 2 dogs, which weren’t an issue, but cost an extra $15 each on the bill. "

We were greeted when we first walked in, was given information about becoming a member and collecting points etc. We stay at best westerns numerous times every year and no one has ever given us this spiel. The girl the next morning working at the breakfast buffet was also wonderful and super helpful. Biggest improvement needed would be more convenient parking spaces."

"Common areas and the room were clean and comfortable enough. Didn't loove the privacy glass shower walls in the room- and if you have children pressing their faces against said glass you'll realize it's really not so opaque after all 🙃 But overall no complaints; price was decent, staff were welcoming, pool was fun, hot tub could have been hotter, Starbucks in the lobby was great. I would stay again should I need to be in the area"
