Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western
10/10 Excellent
"A well maintained, reasonably priced (for Santa Fe) South End hotel with free parking, excellent free Santa Fe breakfast buffet, Queen beds, Clean rooms, Quiet. Minutes from Presbyterian Hospital, summer swimming pool.
We spend at least a week here twice annually when visiting La Cieniga family."
"I have stayed in the Hotel Inn numerous times. And yes, it is one of the cheaper hotels in Santa Fe, so don't expect a high quality stay. But the basics are great.
The Hotel Inn is an older building that is slowly getting updated. The beds are comfortable, bedsheets and towels have always been unblemished. The rooms are clean and have basic appliances; refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, TV, air-conditioner.
The staff is friendly and helpful."
"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play.
My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe."
"Lovely room adjoining large patio. Sadly, the morning we were leaving was when the winds died down enough that sitting on the patio would have been perfect. Still, we enjoyed the view from there. Though bathe was tiny, it was well appointed. Lilacs just starting to bloom. Koi in pond with lovely waterfall.
And the bed was perfect! It’s so quiet at night, the only sounds were when wind hit fireplace vents.
Breakfasts were delicious and big! Hardly needed lunch. "
