"I really like staying at this hotel while we're in Santa Fe. The amazing desk clerk was gracious enough to allow an Early check in, we were exhausted and it was just about time to get the room. We do have a dog so we're usually in the rooms for dogs , when we usually enter it smells nice and fresh, Who knows what happened, it smelled like dog. We do pay an extra 35.00 to have our dog with us so it should be sufficient enough to have the room clean and it usually does when we stay. The breakfast is very good and the staff take care of the dining area well. We really appreciate this hotel"

"Very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a good size with a nice balcony which we enjoyed very much. The large swimming pool was excellent for swimming. The hot springs were nice. The food was good and reasonably priced."
