"I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. Once arriving everything was already in my room and the room was perfect! Had an amazing balcony viewing the church. The bed was super comfy and had a medieval feel to it....
"Lovely staff. Nice room and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. the breakfast was good . Great area, close to lots of restaurants etc. I was on the 3rd floor and there were lots of stairs as they don’t have a lift so bear that in mind if you have mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel."
