"Stayed here twice, our first and last night in Dublin. Daytime staff - front desk team of 2 women and 1 man were amazing. Helpful and courteous, kind and funny! 5 stars plus!!! Evening staff - front desk team of 1 woman and 1 man. Man was helpful, but unfortunately the woman seemed to be uninterested and annoyed with our 7:30pm check in. We were very happy to see the daytime team back again the next morning! "

"Brilliant location for Dublin, only a 5/10 minute walk away from everything. Rooms were clean and spacious, quiet too. We had excellent customer service from the reception, we arrived pretty early and we were able to check in at no extra cost which was brilliant. If I return to Dublin I would stay here again and recommend to anyone to stay here too! "

"Easy and fast access to airport"

"The hotel was very modern and comfortable and in a great, central location. All the staff were great, very helpful and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights for my friend's birthday. The hotel had left a note for my friend with drinks tokens and chocolate. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The only criticism I'd make is that there weren't enough plug sockets, so we had to continually swap things around to charge our phones, dry our hair, or even have a cuppa! I'd definitely return to Point A for my next visit."
