"First I like to start by saying that Anahi was truly AMAZING!!!! She was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL!!!! She helped me get the correct train tickets from USA. She understood that I had never used a European train station before. She was very patient and it showed me how to get the correct tickets.
