"Air conditioner was good for 1 day then I changed it to heat and that was also good. The temperature was 85 degrees then got cold. I stayed on the first floor for the first time and got a room with a comfortable long lounge chair. The hotel very clean and staff was extremely accommodating and superbly attentive to my every need. They gave me free bottled water, coffee & Tea 24/7. I forgot my toothpaste and they had one for me on the house. If I had to say something bad… The only thing I could say is they need a hot tub. "I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. The hallway smelled like the monkey house of a zoo. The staff hardly spoke, and we couldn’t wait to leave. And the moment you left the room you had a little dog barking loudly. The only good thing was the water pressure. "

Pool and hot tub were awesome!! Scenic surroundings, beautiful decor and landscaping. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious, very clean! Would highly recommend !! "Left a security deposit for any incidentals, and upon check out was told because of my service animal there’s a non refundable deposit. No damage was done to the room; was never asked if any pets were in the room. "

"We got a suite and it was great. Clean, comfortable, had a full size fridge plus mini fridge, microwave, etc. Bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable, the only note is that the blanket is waaay too hot. Staff was great but we did not find the breakfast good — we tried a few bites but wound up going into town to eat. "
