"We had stayed at this hotel three times before , however on this occasion, we found the check-in staff rude and unhelpful, doing the bear minimum for the guests, room had bed bugs as well! we won't be staying there anymore "

En revanche, l’accueil pourrait être amélioré : le personnel s’est montré peu courtois, ce qui est dommage car cela influence la première impression. Un établissement pratique et bien équipé, mais avec un service d’accueil à améliorer."
