The room was the property owners converted laundry. The bed was low mattress was cheap uncomfortable. Pillows were flat no spares. It was not worth te high pric charged

I loved how easy it was to communicate with the owners! The property was amazing! Didn’t want to leave, feeling very relaxed and calm don’t want to get back into the swing of things back in Melbourne.

Relaxed feeling, nice decor, peaceful. The owners were friendly and the villas are clean and spacious. If I had to fault anything it was the bathroom light didn't work properly but that was nothing as the property is lovely and will certainly return. Cute little Bali cards in the draw are a nice touch to. The driveway is fully lit up if you are driving back at night to :)

The hotel is in the center of Phillip Island and it is convenient to see Penguin Parade. The room is big equipped with all necessary kitchen appliance but it lacks of washing dishes machine. Overall the hotel is good to stay.

Property is very average. I wont rate it more than a star. Advice if you booking their bring everything with you and dont use their facilities. Property owners told us that we took all their towels with us home."Which doesnt make sense and they charged us for it" there is no point literally for some one to take a dirty tea towel with them or a dirty towel back home.we left everything infront of them and they kept saying that they couldnt find any towel...probably to only add an extra charge.

Don't stay at this villa

The room was ok. We left the room nice and clean and we left at 8am in the morning. When we got back to England, only found out they have charged us £20 for no reason. Hotels.com tried to contact them but always couldn't get through them. The whole place was empty. I know why now. Will never return again to this villa. We are the frequent travellers. Worst owner we have ever met.

島内要所の観光や買い物に便利な立地です

Penguin Parade,やNobbies、Cowesの中心街に近く非常に便利でした（いずれも車で10分以内）。スタッフ（オーナー家族？）の方はフレンドリーで手続きも簡単でした。施設もきれいで、簡単な遊具やプールもあり、子ども達がわずかな時間もヒマすることなく楽しめました。BBQの設備もあり、その横に洗濯機・乾燥機（有料）もあります。

Great place for the family.......

Greeted by the owner, it was a pleasant check in. We received notification that the business had changed hands and a little maintenance is required. A lovely place to stay, our own little get away. Great pool for us to swim in and just a short drive to the shops and beach.

Terrific Stay

Amazing room. It was not the advertised 1,030 square feet but the room was huge and felt just like home. Terrific bedroom, kitchen living room and bathroom. The owners or managers were absolutely terrific and allowed us a late check out. It is important to note that there is no Wi-Fi so we had to use a mobile hotspot on the outside patio using our cell phones but for two days we got along without Wi-Fi just fine.

nice hotel let down by lack of clenliness

Very nice hotel but needs to be cleaned ,alot of spider webs dusty,shower glass not cleaned between occupants ,we know this because when i had a shower an imprint of babies feet on the glass in several places appeared in the steam ,cute but means the glass wasnt cleaned
