Loved the apartment. We were upgraded to 3 bedroom. Disappointed that the pool was empty because the grand-kids have loved the pool on previous visits and that was the main reason we chose Paramount. 3rd bedroom was missing a mattress and was not made up. Not a real problem as it turned out we didn't need that bed. Would have appreciated a free car park.

The Paramount is in a fantastic spot for theatre-goers, or anyone who wants the city on their doorstep. The rooms are a little shabby, but bathroom and kitchen have been done over really nicely. Friendly staff and great value for money in my opinion.

Door left open by cleaning

We didn’t know there was a cleaning service that came around. They showed up to clean our room while we were out. When we returned the door to our apartment had been left open. Very unimpressed as we had all our belongings and passports inside. Not the cleanest, could use a better vacuum.

Staff at the reception have been impeccable. Can't remember the guy's name but he always looks clean, fresh and ready to assist. Property was generally kept in clean condition even though its not the most modern in design.

お部屋も広く、立地も良かったが、施設が古いこともあり、トイレの水はずっと流れっぱなしのような音がしていた。またキッチンを使いたくて、キッチン付きの滞在先にしたが、包丁はパンを切る包丁しかなく、さらにまな板は前回使った人のなのか、食べ物がひっついたままになっていたり、汚かった。また、ごみ箱はあるが、ハウスキーピングが入らないため、ほんの一日で生ゴミが臭くなり、大変だった。

Close to the CBD and China Town which is always a great area to be. The two lift system to get to your apartment from the carpark can be a pain especially if you have enough luggage and children to look after.

Fantastic location. Great amenities ie pool, spa, tennis courts. Only problem with the food court below is that even if you are on the 4th floor, you could sometimes smell the food wafting up. The maintenance needs to be done regularly with checking if anything is broken in the rooms and also the cleaning could be done a bit better.

Had to wait 3 hours to have the balcony door unlocked. Air con was not in when we arrived. Very hot and stuffy. No aircon in rooms no fan in bathroom. Expected more for the price. Arrived at 6 pm but refused a late check out as it was New Year’s Day. Could not get out of car park without calling reception. Floor had not been vacumed behind the couches.

I believe with 5 people in a two bedroom apartment the servicing should be more frequently than every 3 days. Other than that, I could not fault the property, the location was great, the facilities good and the reception friendly.
