"This was a great location for our touring family. They were very helpful when we called to request a main floor room because of mobility issues. We arrived late and checked out relatively early so didn't get a chance to interact with front desk very much. We did not expect daily housekeeping so left some dirty dishes to address after our day out but when we got back, the dishes had been washed, dried and put away to our surprise! Place is older but clean and a great base for daily adventures in the area. Great location near grocery shops so we had options for microwave food when we didn't want to eat out."

"Above all I found my four night stay great value for money. Everything was in good working order. Nice hot shower clean. The room was cleaned daily and bed made. Kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, wifi. Added to this was a great location just 5mins walk to the cableway east station and hop on hop off bus stop. The walk into town was only 10/15mins too. Will recommend."

"Disability friendly. No stairs at Entrance. Ramps to kitchen and lounge area. Lift to lower floor. Stayed in a 4 bed room. Emergency Exit is also on the lower floor. Disabled toilet combined with disabled shower located on main floor. Will stay again."
