"All public areas and room were very clean. The staff were nice, and the front desk clerk was very professional. (He just talked rather fast, so at times it was hard to understand everything that he was saying.) We didn’t do breakfast, apparently that’s part of what I didn’t understand, but that’s ok! We came down to check out & had time to get breakfast, but chose not to - we had to get home. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I absolutely love this hotel and always enjoy staying here whenever I’m in Pittsburgh. The location is excellent, and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful—always attentive, tactful, welcoming, and ready to help with any request. My room was spotless, and when I walked in, the scent was incredible—it felt like entering a beautiful spa. They even folded the toilet paper into a little bow, which was such a sweet and thoughtful detail. The hotel also has a great fitness center, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. And the breakfasts are absolutely divine—I truly love them! The breakfast team is fantastic, and the ladies make the most delicious eggs. A big hello and thank you to the entire team—I love you all! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again."

"Rooms were spotless, valet parking was straightforward (you’ll park before you register at the hotel), staff was welcoming and courteous. Great location - easy walk to PNC Park — and to other areas downtown. Would definitely stay there again."

"Stay was great. They were doing renovations so it's hard to give a true review of what it will be like after. The room was beautiful. There was minor imperfections, flipped carpet tack, disconnected closet shelf bar, but otherwise was gorgeous. They shut off our room code a little quick so it made leaving a little bit harder. Was not crowded. Very kind staff. Amazing amenities. Bed was super comfie. Couchbed looked barely used. Typical hotel supplies. Great having a washer and dryer in the room! Temperature controls were brand new. TV wasnt controlled by annyoing proprietary interface like most hotels. Router directly in room so wifi was killer. Communication was a little difficult through texing/email (maybe combine these?) But was able to get ahold of the front desk over cellphone. We didn't have a room phone. The one outlet was too far from the light on the far side of the bed, which I actually found pretty funny. It may sound like a lot of complaints but those are undermined by just how good our stay was. Despite those faults, I would give the appartel 8/10. Already resvered a room for next year."
