"Room was small but clean and functional. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. Service could have been a bit quicker. Reception staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming. Bar looked nice but unfortunately didn't have a chance to visit. Location in Oban was very good and central."

The milk I was promised for my room never materialised, room service was left in the hallway all day, etc. ..."
