"Love this hotel. convenient for Gatwick airport. Just 20 minutes in the hotel shuttle bus.Just £5 they dont except cash payments. Rooms are clean ,comfortable with huge tv. We booked half board with chiken strips then ceasar salad for me and steak for my hubby .Includes a drink.Meal was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.Really great hotel.Dont hesitate to book."

"Daria at the front desk was terrifically helpful to three tired travellers. She went the extra mile despite a busy check in desk and really difficult circumstances. She made our stay memorable. "

"I was very disappointed to find that the picture they gave us of the room was not of the room we stayed in. This was particularly bad as the person sharing the room with me was autistic and so when expectations did not match reality, they had a melt down. Usually turning on the television can help distract her, but when I went to turn it on the screen was cracked and you couldn't see any picture. When I brought this to the attention of the person at the reception, instead of offering to get me a replacement, they just smiled and stated it must have been a previous guest who broke it. It felt not only was i hoodwinked by the advertised room quality by these people, but then given poor service on top of that. Avoid if you can."
