We had such a wonderful stay here. Crema is perfectly situated for day trips around the area and filled with hidden gems for eating and exploration. The hotel is just outside the city center and walkable to everything. The staff, especially Rosanna, are incredibly kind and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is convenient with lots of options, and the rooms are all lovely. The courtyard is beautiful too. We can't wait to stay here again!

This hotel is a very convenient location to walk around historic Crema. The parking was very convenient for us as we had rented a car. Their room was very large but they are dated and we were unable to use the shower without water running on the floor. Other than that everything was very comfortable the breakfast selection was amazing and the staff was incredibly gracious.

Good location. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly to happy customers. Toilet stopped working on morning of departure. A chair in the lobby had a leg that folded under when sat on - pretty furniture but old and fragile, even for small people.

Great Place!
Wonderful place to stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast - so much to choose from! Just fabulous! The service was great, everyone was so helpful! WiFi signal was very good. Short walk to the piazza. Would definitely stay there again!!!

A fantastic stay !
This hotel is very nice, very good staff room was a little dated but still very comfortable and clean would recommend it along with the local area very nice indeed.

Nice and quite hotel, located very central and convenient. Staying in the back, outside the main Building, the wifi was not very good - this should be improved.

the only thing i liked about my stay was the location and one of the receptionists that allways welcomed me with a smile. other than that the room would smell bad for somereason i found i had to open the windows from time to time to air out the smell. floors where dirty the first three days even when i let the cleaner in. There was a loud knocking sound in the roof that wouldn’t alow me to sleep i found i had to keep the bathroom fan on to counter the annoying sound. Laundry took more than it should have even though i sent them on time to be able to receive them on the same day. Breakfast was cold the food was not covered with flies roaming free on it. also non of my calls to the reception where answered and found myself leaving my room to request anything i needed.

Great location
The location is quite good as it's close to the train stairs with 5 mins walking distance. The condition of the room is very good. The staffs are very nice and polite. I asked if I could change another room as I like 2nd floor more and they are willing to change for me after they checked there is a room that was available. Breakfast is pretty good just I went quite late and some of them were finished without refilled.

We stayed here for nearly a week and the experience was comfortable and welcoming. The location is a close walk away from the wonderful city centre. The parking is great and staff friendly too.

Needs Renovation
This is a fine enough place to stay, but it needs a lot of renovation. It is old and has a lot of redundant and failing systems, one of which is the HVAC. The hotel is in a good location and has a good value.

Little Gem in Crema
Awesome breakfast with gluten free options. Staff was super nice. A couple of bikes were available for free. I was lucky bikes were available when i needed it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable..close to train station and to duomo square.

Decent base
Decent place to stay. Rooms ok, but certainly not high end. Beds very firm, but comfortable enough. bathrooms basic but adequate, wifi is free and decent speed. Breakfast fresh and decent selection. Selections of bars and restaurants nearby

Buon soggiorno.
A due passi dal centro, parcheggio interno, camera ampia e pulita. Colazione a buffet variegata. Purtroppo alle 7,00 di domenica mattina ci siamo dovuti svegliare a causa del rumore delle tubazioni dei bagni delle camere limitrofe. Da consigliare per soggiorni di lavoro.

Nessuna flessibilità nella gestione della possibilità di spostare la prenotazione da parte del cliente che a causa di un imprevisto non ha potuto effettuare il pernottamento nella struttura sebbene pagato anticipatamente e senza rimborso.

Si porta a conoscenza che è stata più volte richiesta una comunicazione scritta, delle intezioni a variare la prenotazione, con la specifica delle nuove date. E' stato comunicato che tale variazione era possibile ma che l'ospite avrebbe dovuto conattate Hotels.com per farci richiedere tale variazione. Nonostatnte tutto, niente di tutto questo è stato fatto. La conferma di prenotazione è un contratto atipico che obliga le parti a garantirsi gli uni con gli altri, e qualunte variazione a questo contratto deve essere una comunicazione scritta e per ovvie ragioni non può essere verbale. La nostra elacisticità è nota a tutti i nostri clienti e partners. 역과 가까이 위치해 있어 접근성이 좋습니다. 체크인-아웃할 때 상당히 만족했습니다. 룸은 상당히 넓고 쾌적해서 아주 좋았고, 조용했습니다. 아침 식사 서비스도 상당히 좋았습니다.
