The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. "Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"The property is excellently maintained and the rooms are incredible. Beds are firm and comfortable. Everything about the experience is top notch! We arrived earlier than expected (hours before standard checkin time) and there was a room made available much to our surprise. The breakfast spread is gorgeous and they have a great selection for all diets. The front desk staff is AMAZING. They take hospitality to the next level. After our hired car to Milan fell through they ordered a cab that arrived in 5 min. They offered a private car initially. All of this was AFTER we checked out. We had a wonderful stay overall and would absolutely book this hotel again. Thank you to everyone at the front desk! I am terrible at names but the young lady with red hair is exceptional at her job but everyone there was so accommodating. I wish I could give this stay a sixth star!"
