"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away.

"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"

"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Efficient check in , friendly staff . Very helpful . Hotel and location is perfect . Only minor comment would be the cooked breakfast being cold even if was the first down for breakfast. Still a great selection for breakfast ."
"Amazing hotel with views that are simply breathtaking. The staff are supreme as are all
Of the amenities. The pool is wonderful as are the many bars/restaurants. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had.
A really fun, awesome hotel to stay at when visiting the Chamonix-Mont Blanc area."
"Very small single room but well equipped and suitable for one night. I was disappointed not to have a kettle in the room and was unable one to even hire one, I was offered boiling water but only when the restaurant was open
The hotel was near the lake and on a quiet area away from the city. Getting to the city was an easy and pleasant walk away.
I enjoyed spending time in the garden at breakfast time."
"This is the ultimate place to stay. Great location. Spectacular view. Outstanding customer service and walking distance to everything. Takes about 15-20 mins max to get into town. Wish I could have stayed longer. Enjoyed the little casino as well. Will definitely go back. Two thumbs up."
"The property is in a great location with a nice restaurant/bar and fun lobby area. The staff was generally friendly but could not accommodate an early check-in and did not offer to let us know when the room was available. There also is AC in the lobby but not in the rooms; after an 85 degree day the room"
