"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"The owner is very friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a charming homely atmosphere which can really add to the experience. If I was staying in the same area, I will happily stay at this hotel again. "

"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "Belle chambre, salle de bain magnifique avec fenêtre, bon débit d'eau, l'eau chaude arrive très rapidement. Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. Un frigo aurait été appréciable mais j'ai cru comprendre que d'autres chambres en avaient. Belle expérience "

"This is a great place for a visit to the mountains with (if you book this type of room) amazing views of the mountains in Flaine. The refurbished rooms were brilliant; big, ample storage, clean, well furnished kitchen) and the location is a nice walk into the village. The parking was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back."

"The main restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent ( when it eventually came) the service was poor for the standard of the hotel and the cost of the food. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive starter course took 40 minutes not offered an apology or even a courtesy drink ( poor). Ordered a soufflé for desert and came frozen !! . Generally though the spa was excellent as was the room, however it would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again. "
