9/10 Wonderful! (2,099 reviews)
Clean stylish room with comfortable bed. Good functional layout.
Toilet - not so much. The toilet is just a glass door separation. If you are sharing a room, either you are very familiar or will get to be.
Shower - water gets out no matter how careful we are
Buffet breakfast- good selection with wonderful coffee stations
Staff are friendly and helpful

8.8/10 Excellent! (626 reviews)
Excellent location, very comfortable bed, although when I heard the train rumble through underground beneath my window my heart sank, but in reality it did not disturb me during the night at all. Breakfast would have been nice if supplied by the property. I walked around on Saturday morning for somewhere that was open and ended up at the Park restaurant which was very posh and very expensive. Had a salmon bagel and pot of tea cost £25, what the hello, very disappointed, where are all the cafés in London!!! Overall very happy with hitel, friendly staff etc, had no tea bags in my room for tea in the morning, and very little stock of other facilities

"Our room was poorly maintained: dirty smears on the walls, TV did not work at all and wifi did not reach our room which made it impossible to have the cozy movie night we hoped for. We had to carry our heavy bags down the spiral staircase while the owner just watched and after suggested we could ..."
