"Excellent customer service provided throughout our stay. Rooms were large and very comfortable.
Good choice of food at both our evening meal & breakfast
Lovely views over the countryside"
"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...
"This hotel is not an accomodation for families even of they have family rooms. I did not feel at ease with my 2 young children. Do NOT visit if you are travelling with young children. Nothing is easy everything is very expensive… the room was not clean, there was mold, the toiket didn’t flush properly and staff (and some clients) was looking at me from far up. It’s best to avoid if you don’t like this type of BS."
"Excellent hotel with very good rooms, quiet location on the edge of a large park. Plenty of parking and off beaten track so secure in that respect. Nice restaurant with varied menu choices; breakfast excellent. Staff welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely use this again in preference to others closer to or in the town but really need car to access."
"In most respects all amenities and staff exceeded expectations however I was there during a heatwave and the small fan did nothing to alleviate the heat the room, so I think a 9/10 is a fair assessment. I will definitely stay there again when in Swindon "
