Top Cripple Creek Hotel Reviews
Century Casino & Hotel Cripple Creek
10/10 Excellent
"We booked this hotel last minute and loved it. The woman at check-in was very nice and upgraded us to a king suite, which was a great surprise. It was huge, very clean, and more room than the two of us needed but had a great stay. This is an old building that has been re-done, and we like that kind of thing. The rooms are on the second floor, with the casino and restaurant downstairs, and our room was nice and quiet, with great blackout curtains. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open a little later (I think they closed at 8 pm). The casino staff was very nice as well."
Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, I had a good experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and my kids absolutely loved it. The only negative experience was the elevator incident. The elevator dropped and then began shaking, and we were stuck inside for about 20 minutes. I reported the incident to the front desk, but unfortunately, no one followed up afterward to check whether I or my children were okay. This was especially concerning because I had recently undergone wrist surgery, which made the incident even more stressful and concerning for me. I appreciate the fun experience my kids had, but I believe the situation should have been handled with more concern and follow-up from the hotel staff."
