"The ocean view room was unobstructed. Bed was decent. Very close walk to the beach. Close to Port O'Pints which is a fun establishment. Check in isn't my favorite. You check in on a kiosk. There is a live person, but I prefer speaking in person. Maybe they can consider having both options? Also, the breakfast.... well it is not much. Apples, coffee, 2 types of granola bars, and Hostess twinkies and cupcakes. "

"The breakfast selection was awful. Bagels and cereal— for what they boast, it was very disappointing. The building is old, which is fine but there is no insulation so it is very loud. Please update the bedding. There is no need for bedspreads from the 90’s that don’t get washed with every stay. Change out the fabric chairs so you can wash them down. They were covered in filth. We had to sit on towels. "

"I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN OR HELPED BY STAFF. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I stood in the rain from 9:50p-10:20p at night and there was only a sign on the door saying to call the phone number 541-469-2161 and the phone went immediately to voicemail and I was never contacted back. I also messaged directly through Expedia and never received any response. I have a call log showing 5 attempted calls over 5-6 hours, and never was contacted or assisted. I ended up leaving and booking another room at a different hotel. This was the worst experience and lack of help from EXPEDIA OR BLUE COAST INN. Nobody refunded me so I paid for nothing."

"They advertised as being “beachside” but they are not. There is a huge park in between the beach and the hotel. Just wasn’t what we expected. Room was fine otherwise. They are a pet friendly hotel with no grass area. We had to take her across the street. "
