Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough
Good location, nice friendly staff and generally decent hotel. Just abit tired; facilities, decor and upkeep. Not as modern and fresh as other hotels, so didn’t feel premium. £8 per car feels slightly overpriced for parking also for the area.

Station Suites
The staff was very friendly and responsive. Location is great - right across from the Middlesbrough train station.

Durham City Cottages
Stayed for 3 nights over New Year...was absolute bliss. Late booking and the communication was brilliant to get it sorted. Cottage was immaculate throughout with everything we needed. Stable Yard Rooms
The property is excellent for a one night stay. Only negative is there is nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast.
