The receptionist (maybe the owner) was friendly and explained clearly how to access the building, and especially emphasized not to park on Grande Place on Friday night so we wouldn't get towed! "Very clean, lovely friendly staff (who all spoke English). Perfect location - just 5 min walk from main square and 5 min to Lille Europe Eurostar station. Delicious continental breakfast on a lovely rooftop and my 12 year old’s was free so only 13 Euros for us both!
