Bed half done, towels strewn across bathroom, bed pillows looked like they had been slept on, no coffee refills. When raised with reception, we were told they could do nothing about it. "This was a beautiful location with a private lake. The property was newer and had new carpet and a new bathroom. The fridge in the room was appreciated! We also enjoyed a balcony on our room. The breakfast was a pretty standard buffet. We enjoyed watching the boaters across the way and the sun go down over the mountains. Plenty of parking and a shared laundry in each "condo" unit. If you have a car this is a very nice and quiet place to stay, but also still very close to Cromwell with its shops, cafes, and restaurants. "

"New, large well appointed condo style hotel room. Easy to get to and park. Nice kitchen and bathroom, outdoor space a plus. VERY close to the airport, not to close to downtown. Perfect for a last night stay when you have an early flight. Would def book again."

"The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "
