"Our room door didn't latch shut. Breakfast was ok but didn't have a lot for healthy whole foods. Staff was friendly. Room was clean."

"I just do not understand how this property gets such a good rating. The property is so run down. Not exactly filthy, but in really bad shape. All the corners are full of accumulated dirt. The bedding seemed clean, but I really was not comfortable here. There are no amenities except for two small bars of soap. No hair dryer, iron, shampoo, nothing! Look at the photo I attached of one of the electrical outlets. Is this the kind of property that you want to promote on Expedia? This is a sample of what the property condition is. Also, check in was less than nice. The clerk came out of the back looking like he had been sleeping (at 5 PM). I had such a hard time understanding him and believe me, I really tried. I just wanted to get my room. Between the two of us, we deciphered most of what he was saying and he seemed insulted that we did not understand him. We just wanted a cheap place to sleep for 8 hours and didn't expect anything fancy, but believe me when I say that Motel 6 is off my list forever."

"The thermostat in the room was broken and there was no other room to move to. The hotel is under partial construction and they gave us a room that should have been out of order to start with."
