"The property was very affordable, close to everything (tube and walking) and very clean. While it wasn't 5000 thread count sheets or fancy rooms, it wasn't advertised as such. Bed was comfortable and perfect for someone staying who knows they won't be in their room very much. Staff was awesome!"

I was born and worked in Croydon long time since I have been back and so sad to see it looking so run down and dirty. Did not feel safe either. Such a shame it could be a lovely town but definitely needs some TLC!

To be fair I didn't see much of Croydon. My stay was a break to unwind. I went as far as the local complex and TGI's. However, from past experience I would say Croydon is a good place to shop, eat and go to the cinema.
