The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location.
that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient.
Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort.

"The hotel its self is of a high standard with all facilitates needed in order to have the complete city break. The roof top pool and lounge areas although small were well kept and not too crowded at the time of our visit but you can say if there where a few more people there space would be at a premium. ..."
