"Hotel Lucent was AMAZING!! Jeanni made the entire stay unforgettable, she was so kind and accommodating!! It’s people like her that make a stay incredible, and because of her we will always go back anytime we are at Stanford or in the area! She went above and beyond for my son & I, and we are so grateful to her for all of her help! We weren’t expecting to stay in the area, but due to an emergency came up to Stanford without any extra clothes or toiletries, and Jeanni made sure we had toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, and even coffee, hot chocolate and tea!!
