"This was a great hotel. There were only a few issues during my stay 1) There was significant police activity a few rooms down from me, with about 5+ offers present, I think because someone may not have paid and then refused to leave their room. 2) If you are sensitive to smells (esp. if they can trigger migraines), this hotel pumps some sort of scene through its vent system, at least it seems that way. And it was strong. 3) The bedrooms don't have much light in them, so the room can be very dark at night. Other than that, everything was great. The outdoor jacuzzis and lazy river looked beautiful (it was too cold to go in when I visited). The dining area was very well kept and prepared, with a nice selection of food. And the staff were very professional. I had a pretty peaceful stay here while traveling for business."

"At first they put me in a connecting room with ac that was making a banging noise, I went to the front desk and they switched my room, in the other room which was nice and clean but the people in the room up stairs at 2 am where moving the furniture in the room and rolling luggage all over the place, this was on and off, so did not sleep well at all but overall a nice place"

"Staff was very helpful. Very close to Disney and Universal. Pool is awesome for the whole family. Starbucks inside hotel, ice cream shop and the bar/restaurant all super convenient. Food at restaurant is really good."

"Great stay, very comfortable. A little dated but clean. FYI if you are booking a 2 bedroom suite it is actually 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments that share a foyer. Super cute for families but if you are looking to book a 2br suite to share with 1 other person it’s totally separate and likely too big unless you are looking for complete privacy. I was not aware until we checked into our room. "

"Only issue I would like to communicate is that the hotel staff at check in. Did not do a very good job explaining amenities pool open/close time water park etc.. They did not explain that there is a shuttle on site that takes you around property. I ubered to IHOP which was a waste of $ there where so many restaurant near with using the shuttle and food options at water park. For the water some of the big slide rides where down and the second day we went back for those rides still where down."
