We had an amazing stay at this hotel this weekend. Everything was wonderful from start to finish the room, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent A special mention to **Diamond**, the lovely lady at check-in. She was absolutely amazing, welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She is definitely a **plus for the hotel** super recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing stay! The entire resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pools are huge and beautifully maintained, and there were so many fun activities for the kids that they never got bored. Everything was well organized, making it a perfect family getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely come back without any hesitation. Highly recommended!

This resort was very nice! My niece enjoyed all the pools that’s on the property. The staff were very friendly and professional! I was given a room upgrade AND a later check out. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful stay, staff were friendly, made my daughter’s birthday very special, clean and comfy rooms, amenities were perfect for all ages with the lazy river, wave pool, family pool and slides! Food was drinks were also great!

We loved the outside facility and pool. They had great food at the restaurant and friendly staff. The problem was the hotel room. We had sinks that had a mold ring on the inside, and that was at 2 different rooms. It makes me question how often they scrub down bathrooms if not in use or room hasn’t been used in some time. We left early, and couldn’t stay in the conditions.

Everything was excellent from the front desk to David’s Club, the pools, and the pool bars. Front desk agents were excellent at all turns as well as the bartender in David’s that was very conversant and friendly. Knew all about the beers I was asking questions about and was able to have a great conversation with me about his travels in my home state of Texas and DFW, my home area. Thank you all for everything!

Stayed here to visit Disney with our grandsons so we did not use much of the facilities. Good location. Busy resort. Needed a reservation for the restaurant. Pools were quite busy. Parking was expensive.
