The room that I was in was newly renovated so it was good. The hotel itself is under renovation and needs some time to be in good shape. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was actually pretty good. So all in all it was an ok stay. I hope that the reno work gets completed and it will be fine

It was so hard to reach anyone on the phone. The ammenities are really far away from the townhouse. There was a strong sulfer smell when we arrived.. The size was good, but it seemed like we were a long ways out from everything. It was an "okay" stay.

Davenport is now quite a bustling place. The only downside we found was the travelling from the shopping locations to the north (Florida Mall, Premium Outlets etc) when driving on the I4 and US27 where there was frequent traffic congestion.
