"Had to be transferred from room due to real bad heavy smell in room, it stuck in my mouth and throat. The new room was great except the bathtub wouldn’t drain well it filled up during shower and took while to drain. Then there was a huge roach inside the shower on our last day moving everywhere. Staff was amazing and they took care of us immediately. We got free breakfast at Sunshine Cafe due to inconvenience, it was really good. Great safe area walking distance to Universal city walk but not in the heat you might just want to uber unless you don’t mind the heat."

"At first glance going into the lobby we were super excited to be there. Check in seemed to go very smooth got our water park tickets as well as our parking pass. Half of our group went out to the pool to spend a few hours the other half left to go get dinner and bring it back. When we got back our room keys didn’t work luckily we had someone that was in the room to let us in. The next morning we went to the lobby to get our keys fixed to only find out that the resort locked out keys purposely!! Saying we owed money that was supposed to be due a check in but during check in nothing was mentioned! After sorting it out they reactivated our keys. We went to Disneyworld all day Saturday came back and our keys didn’t work AGAIN! We went back to the lobby and they had to send security up to our room to reactivate our door since it was locked previously by them when we got back into our room we saw that housekeeping had never came in even though we requested clean towels.Then the morning of check out we got a knock on the door at 8am it was housekeeping coming to try to clean out room for check out but our check out wasn’t until 10:00am! Even though we had this nightmare we had asked to extend our stay for 1 extra night as we found a deal for the same room for $100 they told us the cheapest they would go for 1 night was $249 which was almost more than we had paid for the entire weekend!!!!"

"I stayed in the resort for a business trip. Despite having to work, the resort allowed me to wind down and rest when I could. The amenities allowed me to make breakfast and lunch, and wash my clothes before my return. It is a big property, and I got lost the first time looking for the building I was assigned to."
