"Excellent for the price. Clean and comfortable. Better resorts on universal property but you get what you pay for. Universal properties are always top notch and easy to get to the parks and affordable. There’s plenty of choices for each price tier. Pick a time when cheerleading competitions aren’t in town tho! It will be packed!"

"I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and kept our reservation here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first. We stayed for 5 nights and here’s my take on the experience: PROS -check in was pretty quick for a Friday night -room was easy to get to and parking was close, every time we left and came back (pretty much every day) -nice size for myself and my 3 kids -water park is fun, diverse, and geared towards the kids (with a little bar for parents ready to relax) -we had the 2 bedroom king suite, which also included a pull out couch (if your kids are anything like mine and need space from each other every other day, this will work perfect) CONS -THE HIDDEN FEES I booked on Expedia and knew there would be an extra resort fee and parking fee, but when I got there, they also taxed those fees and charged a $200 deposit fee on top of all of that. -I wanted to have the room serviced with new towels and sheets one of the days we were there, and they did take out the trash and bring new towels, however the sheets were not changed (they just made the king bed but no new sheets and did not make up the bunks) -you could tell some people were smoking weed in the rooms (it woke me up one night) and I have nothing against marijuana, but when you smoke it in small spaces occupied by others, I think it’s rude and inconsiderate and it stinks. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and checked in via text daily. "

"We ate at the restaurant twice and the food was horrible. the roast beef was so tough and the food was tasteless. The salad was wilted and not much to choose from. the second time was ribs nothing but fat and bones. I ended up eating salad which was not the greatest. I really think Mr. Rosen, would not be happy if he popped in and saw what the staff are cooking and charging way too much. not good value for your money and will not try again. the food at the Bar was way better and good value that is where we ate after our horrible experience at the restaurant "

"The staff was very polite. The pool and lazy river is a plus. The room's are big and clean nice view of the pools and lake. Very big area to park in. If you have any issues or question's front desk is very helpful. I will be returning again if im back in Florida."
